Welcome to Kandor, an Online Wellness Marketplace Platform operated by Body Corporate, trading name of Body Collective Ltd. These User Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kandor platform and its associated services. By accessing or using Kandor, you agree to comply with these Terms. 1. Definitions
- "Kandor" refers to the Online Wellness Marketplace Platform operated by Body Corporate, trading name of Body Collective Ltd.
- "Users" refers to individuals who access and use the Kandor platform, including both customers and service providers.
- "Products and Services" refers to the goods, services, treatments, or experiences offered for sale on Kandor by the service providers.
- "Booking" refers to the process of reserving or purchasing a specific product or service on Kandor.
2. User Responsibilities
- By using Kandor, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration and booking process.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Kandor account credentials, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use Kandor for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of the United Kingdom.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Users can search, view, and purchase various products and services on Kandor.
- If a user cancels a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time, they will be charged in full, and no refunds will be issued, except where prohibited by law.
- If a user cancels a booking outside of the 24-hour window, all monies paid for the booking will be returned to them, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
4. Dispute Resolution
- Users have a period of 5 days from the completion of a booking or sale to raise a dispute regarding the product or service received.
- To raise a dispute, users must contact Kandor's customer support through the designated channels within the 5-day window.
- Disputes raised outside of the 5-day window will be considered void, and no refunds will be made, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Intellectual Property
- Kandor and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Body Corporate, trading name of Body Collective Ltd, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Users agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Kandor platform or its content without explicit permission from Body Corporate, trading name of Body Collective Ltd, except as permitted by applicable copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Body Corporate, trading name of Body Collective Ltd, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Kandor, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of reputation, to the extent permitted by law.
- Body Corporate, trading name of Body Collective Ltd, makes no warranties or representations about the quality, accuracy, reliability, or availability of any products or services offered on Kandor, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Termination
- Body Corporate, trading name of Body Collective Ltd, reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kandor at any time, for any reason, without notice, in compliance with applicable UK laws.
- Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Modifications to the Terms
- Body Corporate, trading name of Body Collective Ltd, reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of Kandor after the modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
