You’ll receive a live employer dashboard and a detailed monthly report. These include anonymised data on usage, engagement trends, top areas of need, service effectiveness, Advocate interactions, and more. No guesswork — just real visibility into what your people need and how they’re progressing.

Every experience on Kandor is fully personalized. Each employee receives a wellbeing score across six key pillars, curated suggestions, and — if enabled — a dedicated Advocate who supports their specific goals. This is precision wellbeing, not a generic wellbeing menu.
